BP-250 Bag Placer and Reformer™ is a smart solution for cutting costs without cutting quality.The fully automated BP-250 eliminates the expense associated with manually hanging bags on the scale and having to reform the bag tops before they can be closed. The unit can handle a full range of pillow-style bag types, including plain and laminated woven polypropylene and multi-wall paper.
Processing up to 10 rc helicopter market place bags per minute, depending on bag quality and product flow rates, the BP-250 automatically picks up the empty bag and positions it directly on the bag-filler spout. When the pillow-style bag is filled, the bag top is instantly reformed and the bag is released to be guided automatically into the bag closer's infeed system.
The unit's horizontal bag magazine is easy to load, and holds up to 200 empty pillow-style bags in sizes from 12 to 24 inches wide and 25 to 40 inches long. Tool-free bag-size changeovers take less than five minutes. Engineered and manufactured to perform reliably in the most demanding environments, the BP-250 comes standard with a so helicopter technology lid-state programmable controller, electrically interlocked operator guarding, and a no-bag detector to prevent the inadvertent release of product.
