Bolivia Oil & Gas Report Q2 2011: New research report available at Fast Market Research

PRLog (Press Release) – Apr 25, 2011 – The new Bolivia Oil & Gas Report from BMI forecasts that the country will account for 0.71% of Latin American regional oil demand by 2015, while providing 0.48% of supply. Latin American regional use averaged an estimated 7.88mn barrels per day (b/d) in 2010. It should rise to 8.07mn b/d in 2011 and reach 8.69mn b/d by 2015. Regional oil production averaged an estimated 10.03mn b/d in 2010 and is set to rise to 11.66mn b/d by 2015. Oil exports have been slipping, because demand growth has exceeded the pace of supply expansion. In 2001, the region exported an average of 3.46mn b/d. This total fell to an estimated 2.15mn b/d in 2010, but is forecast to rebound to 2.97mn b/d in 2015. The principal exporters will be Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia and Brazil.

The region consumed an estimated 209bn cubic metres (bcm) of natural gas in 2010, with demand of 264bcm targeted for 2015. Production of an estimated 221bcm in 2010 should reach 273bcm in 2015, implying more than 8bcm of net exports at the end of the period. Bolivia's share of gas consumption was an estimated 1.29% in 2010, while its share of production was 5.98%. By 2015, its share of gas consumption is forecast to be 1.24%, with the country accounting for 6.96% of supply.

The 2010 full-year outturn was US$77.45/bbl for OPEC crude, which delivered an average for North Sea Brent of US$80.34/bbl and for West Texas Intermediate (WTI) of US$79.61/bbl. The BMI price target of US$77 was reached thanks to the early onset of particularly cold weather, which drove up demand for and the price of heating oil during the clo manual trash compactor sing weeks of the year.

We set our 2011 supply, demand and price forecasts in early January, targeting global oil demand growth of 1.53% and supply growth of 1.91%. With OECD inventories at the top of their five-year average range, we set a price forecast of US$80/bbl average for the OPEC basket in 2011. The unprecedented wave of popular uprisings in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) that followed the removal of Tunisian President Ben Ali on January 14 has obviously fundamentally altered our outlook, particularly since the unrest spread to Libya in mid-February.

Taking into account the risk premium that has been added to crude prices in response to actual and perceived threats to Kenmore Bisque 15 inchi supply, we have now raised our benchmark OPEC basket price forecast from US$80 to US$90/bbl for 2011 and from US$85 to US$95/bbl for 2012. Based on our expectations for differentials, this gives a forecast for Brent at US$94/bbl in 2011 and US$99/bbl in 2012. We have kept our long-term price assumption of US$90/bbl (OPEC basket) in place for the time being while we wait to s helicop ter technology ee what path events in the MENA region take. We have also retained our existing supply and demand forecasts until the scheduled quarterly revision at the start of April.

BMI calculates Bolivian real GDP growth of 3.4% in 2010, with a 3.4% average annual increase also forecast for 2010-2015. There is increased state control of oil and gas operations, thanks to government policy supportive of re-nationalisation. This means the burden of development falls heavily on stateowned Yacimientos Petroliferos Fiscales Bolivianos (YPFB) and its few remaining international oil company (IOC) partners. We are assuming oil and gas liquids production of no more than 56,000b/d by 2015, with the country expected to pump 57,000b/d in 2011. Consumption beyond 2010 is forecast to increase by around 2-3% per annum to 2015, implying demand of 62,000b/d by the end of the forecast period.

Between 2010 and 2020, we forecast a decrease in Bolivian oil production of 8.9%, with crude volumes peaking in 2012 at 60,000b/d before falling steadily to 51,000b/d by the end of the forecast period. Oil consumption between 2010 and 2020 is set to increase by 26.8%, with growth slowing to an assumed 2% per annum towards the end of the period and the country using 69,000b/d by 2020. Gas production is expected to rise steadily, from an estimated 13.2bcm in 2010 to 22.0bcm by 2020. With demand growth of 48%, this implies that export potential will rise from an estimated 10.5bcm in 2010 to 18.0bcm by 2020. Details of BMI's 10-year forecasts can be found in the appendix to this report.

A composite Business Environment Rating (BER) of just 38 (out of 100) ranks Bolivia ninth out of 10 countries in BMI's Latin America universe, reflecting low ratings for both the upstream and downstream business segments. Bolivia takes eighth place in BMI's upstream ratings, 12 points ahead of Chile and Mexico, and three points behind Ecuador. Its proven gas resources and gas reserves-to-production ratio (RPR) work in the country's favour, but are undermined by the state's greater control of rc helicopter market place assets, deteriorating licensing regime and generally unappealing risk environment. The country is at the foot of the league table in BMI's updated downstream ratings, reflecting its state-controlled refining and marketing segment, modest capacity and less competitive environment, offset by a relatively low level of retail site intensity and the country's gas self-sufficiency. Venezuela is immediately ahead of Bolivia in the regional rankings, but the seven-point gap is unlikely to be bridged in the near future.

Recently released market study: Croatia Oil & Gas Report Q2 2011

PRLog (Press Release) – Apr 23, 2011 – This latest Croatia Oil & Gas Report from BMI forecasts that the country will account for 1.66% of Central and Eastern European (CEE) regional oil demand by 2015, while contributing just 0.13% to regional supply. CEE regional oil use of 5.42mn barrels per day (b/d) in 2001 rose to an estimated 6.09mn b/d in 2010. It should increase to around 6.93mn b/d by 2015. Regional oil production was 8.89mn b/d in 2001 and averaged an estimated 13.78mn b/d in 2010. It is set to rise to 15.08mn b/d by 2015. Oil exports are growing steadily, because demand growth is lagging the pace of supply ex rc helicopter market place pansion. In 2001, the region was exporting an average of 3.47mn b/d. This total rose to an estimated 7.69mn b/d in 2010 and is forecast to reach 8.15mn b/d by 2015. Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan have the greatest production growth potential, although Russia will remain the most garbage compactor review important trash bins exporter.

The region consumed an estimated 636.3bn cubic metres (bcm) of natural gas in 2010, with demand of 736.3bcm targeted for 2015, representing 15.7% growth. Production of an estimated 787.9bcm in 2010 should reach 954.2bcm in 2015, which implies net exports rising from an estimated 151.6bcm in 2010 to 217.9bcm by the end of the period. Croatia's share of gas consumption in 2010 was an estimated 0.47%, while its share of production is put at 0.25%. By 2015, its share of demand is forecast to be 0.61%, with the country accounting for 0.31% of supply.

The 2010 full-year outturn was US$77.45/bbl for OPEC crude, which delivered an average for North Sea Brent of US$80.34/bbl and for West Texas Intermediate (WTI) of US$79.61/bbl. The BMI price target of US$77 was reached thanks to the early onset of particularly cold weather, which drove up demand for and the price of heating oil during the closing weeks of the year.

Taking into account the risk premium that has been added to crude prices in response to actual and perceived threats to supply, we have now raised our benchmark OPEC basket price forecast from US$80 to US$90/bbl for 2011 and from US$85 to US$95/bbl for 2012. Based on our expectations for differentials, this gives a forecast for Brent at US$94/bbl in 2011 and US$99/bbl in 2012. We have kept our long-term price assumption of US$90/bbl (OPEC basket) in place for the time being while we wait to see what path events in the MENA region take. We have also retained our existing supply and demand forecasts until the scheduled quarterly revision at the start of April.

BMI calculates that Croatian real GDP fell 1.6% in 2010 and we forecast average annual growth of 2.3% from 2011-2015. Consumption of oil is set to grow more slowly than the underlying economy, increasing by less than 1.5% per annum over the forecast period and reaching 115,000b/d by 2015. Imports are therefore set to rise from an estimated 84,000b/d in 2010 to no more than 95,000b/d by the end of the forecast period. Former state oil group INA is attempting to raise local supply in partnership with major shareholder MOL, but we expect to see a steady decline in oil and liquids production, from the estimated 2010 level of 24,000b/d to no more than 20,000b/d by 2015. We expect gas output of an estimated 2.0bcm in 2010 to have reached 3.0bcm by 2015. Consumption is forecast to rise from an estimated 3.0bcm in 2010 to 4.5bcm by 2015, re Kenmore Bisque 15 inchi quiring imports of 1.5bcm.

Between 2010 and 2020, we forecast an increase in Croatian oil consumption of 17.2%, with crude import volumes rising steadily from an estimated 82,000b/d to 108,000b/d by the end of the 10-year forecast period. Gas production is expected to fall from an estimated 2.0bcm in 2010 to a peak of 3.0bcm before easing to 2.3bcm by 2020. Import dependency therefore increases to 3.2bcm during the period. Details of BMI's 10-year forecasts can be found in the appendix to this report.

Croatia holds 13th place in BMI's composite Business Environment Ratings (BERs) table, which combines upstream and downstream scores. It shares eighth place with Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan in BMI's updated upstream ratings. The minimal oil and gas reserves and poor production outlook work against the country, but are offset somewhat by privatisation progress and reasonable country risk factors. There is virtually no chance that Croatia can pull away from its low-scoring rivals, given their greater hydrocarbons potential. Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan are much more likely to leave Croatia behind.

Croatia occupies last place in BMI's downstream BERs, with few particularly high scores and no reason to expect near-term progress up the rankings. Oil and gas demand are among the region's lowest, as is the oil demand growth outlook. Population, nominal GDP and growth in GDP per capita are also low-scoring areas.

Julian Construction Offers Retaining Wall Design and Building Service

PRLog (Press Release) – Apr 22, 2011 – LOS ANGELES – Construction and foundation r rc helicopter market place epair expert Julian De La Torre, founder of Julian Construction announced the company now offers retaining wall design and building services.  Retaining walls are freestanding structures used to keep soil on a slope from moving down.

"Many homes are built in areas that require retaining walls to hold back ground on a hillside and create more usable space," says Julian.  "They can also be used to stop soil from sliding away from a foundation o Kenmore Bisque 15 inchi r damaging landscaping."

Retaining walls can be built from various materials, including brick, stone and concrete. Some of the more common types of restraining walls include gravity, anchor, sheet piling, and cantilever.  Gravity restraining walls are the most common, and rely on their own weight to keep soil from moving.  Cantilever walls are made with steel-reinforced concrete and use less material than a gravity wall.  They convert horizontal pressures from the soil to vertical pressures on the ground.  Anchor walls made with cables anchored into nearby rock or soil.  Sheet piling walls are made from wood, vinyl or steel planks that are driven into the ground.

According to Julian, one of the factors to consider when determining what type of wall to build is whether or not the soil that it will restrain is fill material or a cut face.  Other important aspects to the project include the amount of space that is available for the wall, the type of soil it will be built on, the slope of the ground above and below the wall, and the location of pipes or other service lines near the structure.

"Retaining walls need to be constructed properly in order to prevent leaning, cracking or bulging," says Julian. "This includes choosing the right type of wall for the project, as well as the materials that will be used to construct it." Julian De La Torre has been retrofitting buildings since the early 1990s and has personally worked on over 6,600 homes in Southern California. He formed Julian Construction in 2001 with the goal trash bins of making safer homes, apartments and commercial properties throu helicop ter technology ghout the region. Market Report, "Chile Oil & Gas Report Q2 2011", published

PRLog (Press Release) – Apr 21, 2011 – This latest Chile Oil & Gas Report from BMI forecasts that the country will account for 4.12% of Latin American regional oil demand by 2015, while making no meaningful contribution to supply. Latin American regional use will average an estimated 7.88mn barrels per day (b/d) in 2010. It should rise to 8.07mn b/d in 2011 and reach 8.69mn b/d by 2015. Regional oil production in 2010 should average an estimated 10.03mn b/d. It is set to rise to 11.66mn b/d by 2015. Oil exports have been slipping, because demand growth has exceeded the pace of supply expansion. In 2001, the region was exporting an average of 3.46mn b/d. This total fell to an estimated 2.15mn b/d in 2010 and is forecast to rebound to 2.97mn b/d in 2015. The principal exporters will be Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia and Brazil.

In terms of natural gas, the region in 2010 consumed an estimated 209bn cubic metre manual trash compactor s (bcm), with demand of 264bcm targeted for 2015. Production of an estimated 221bcm in 2010 should reach 273bcm in 2015, and implies more than 8bcm of net exports at the end of the period. Chile's estimated share of gas consumption in 2010 was 1.72%, while it has around 0.81% of production. By 2015, its share of gas consumption is forecast to be 2.84%, with Chile making a contribution of just 0.48% to production.

Taking into account the risk premium that has been added to crude prices in response to actual and perceive helicop ter technology d threats to supply, we have now raised our benchmark OPEC basket price forecast from US$80 to US$90/bbl for 2011 and from US$85 to US$95/bbl for 2012.

BMI has assumed a rise of 5.2% in Chile's 2010 real GDP, with an average annual increase of 4.2% forecast through to 2015. State oil and gas company Empresa Nacional del Petroleo (ENAP) is responsible for all domestic oil and gas production, with volumes in decline. We are assuming oil and gas liquids production of no more than 5,700b/d by 2015, with the country expected to pump an average of 8,660b/d in 2011. Consumption beyond 2009 is forecast to in Kenmore Bisque 15 inchi crease by up to 2% per annum to 2015, implying demand of 358,000b/d by the end of the forecast period. The import requirement would therefore be around 352,000b/d by 2015. Gas production is forecast to decrease from an estimated 1.8bcm peak in 2010 to 1.3bcm in 2015, with net imports of 6.2bcm required by 2015.

Between 2010 and 2020, we are forecasting an increase in Chilean oil consumption of 13.43%, with demand rising steadily from an estimated 335,000b/d to 380,000b/d. The annual growth rate is expected to slow to 1% towards the end of the period. Gas production is expected to have peaked at around 1.8bcm in 2010, before declining steadily to 1.0bcm by 2020. With demand growth of 170% to 9.7bcm, the import requirement will also rise during the 10-year period, from an estimated 1.8bcm to 8.7bcm. Details of BMI's 10-year forecasts can be found in the appendix to this report.

Chile holds last place in BMI's composite Business Environment ratings (BERs), which combine upstream and downstream scores. It is also ranked last, alongside Mexico, in BMI's updated upstream BERs, despite an investor-friendly country risk profile. There is little likelihood of a move much further up the ratings, but Chile may be able to overtake Mexico during the next few quarters. Chile fares a little better in BMI's downstream BERs, taking seventh place, above Ecuador, reflecting its weak oil demand growth outlook, regulatory environment and attractive country risk rating. It should be able to keep Ecuador at bay during coming quarters.

All during the month of April, 2011, collection sites are set up to collect food and new or lightly-used clothing for the needy. The IEC - Gospel Missi rc helicopter market place on Food & Clothing Drive is an annual event that has grown in the past few years since it's inception in 2008. This year's drive was organized by Industrial Electrical Company employees under the direction of Michelle Howell, Vice President/Owner.

During the month of April each year, IEC employees are encouraged to make contributions in the form of canned food and new or lightly-used clothing. The employees are challenged to give a little more ea manual trash compactor ch year, so the drive can be more successful and touch more lives in our Stanislaus County community.

According to Industrial Electrical Company's V.P. Michelle Howell, participating in the Modesto Gospel Mission Food & Clothing Drive is an annual tradition for all the IEC employees. Last year, the company's 7 departments donated a total of 7 barrels of clothing and 4 barrels of canned food. Over 65% of IEC employees participated in the program last year.

Health & Safety Consultant uncovers Industrial Rarity

PRLog (Press Release) – Apr 20, 2011 – During a client site visit on a normal working day, one of Citation's Health and Safety consultants had an exceptional and unusual find.

When Dave Jeffrey, Health and Safety Consultant from Citation plc was conducting a site visit for a Health and Safety client, he came across a very unusual and rare large piece of machinery. The machine was an traditional fort lift truck which used the same principle and mechanism as a bike incorporating features such as pedals, handles and wheels.

Researching deeper into what the machinery was used for; Dave discovered that it was actually known as a Kenton Hydruped, 1 of 3 still in the world and very much a rarity.

Dave helicop ter technology Jeffrey, Health and Safety Consultant at Citation explains "when I was conducting the site visit and came across the machinery, it was somet trash bins hing that I took particular interest in. I decided to do some research into this and to my amazement, I found that there were only 3 left in the world, the first prototype being created in the UK in 1952. I decided to let The Worldwide Lifter know, the leading trade partner for all professionals in the international forklift and aerial platform industry. They too found this rarity extremely interesting as they didn't even know the Hydruped was still in operation."

Instances like this highlight the importance of using a specialist to ensure all machinery is maintained and the individuals using the machinery are adequately trained. Health and Safety within any workplace is crucial to ensure that employers are continually on top of legislation and employees operate within a saf garbage compactor review e working environment.

New Market Research Report: Bahrain Oil & Gas Report Q2 2011

PRLog (Press Release) – Apr 20, 2011 – We forecast that Bahrain will account for 0.56% of Middle East regional oil demand by 2015, while providing 0.33% of supply. Middle East regional oil use rose to an estimated 7.4mn b/d in 2010. It should average 7.7mn barrels per day (b/d) in 2011 and then climb to around 8.7mn b/d by 2015. Regional oil production was 22.83mn b/d in 2001 and averaged an estimated 24.9mn b/d in 2010. After an estimated 25.21mn b/d in 2011, it is set to rise to 27.24mn b/d by 2015. Oil exports are growing steadily, because demand growth is lagging the pace of supply expansion. In 2001, the region was exporting an average of 17.85mn b/d. This total will have eased to an estimated 17.50mn b/d in 2010 and is forecast to reach 18.54mn b/d by 2015. Iraq has the greatest export growth potential, followed by Qatar.

In terms of natural gas, the region consumed an estimated 392bn cubic metres (bcm) in 2010, with demand of 482bcm targeted for 2015, representing 23.0% growth. Production of an estimated 467bcm in 2010 should reach 612bcm in 2015 (+31.0%), which implies net exports rising to 130bcm by the end of the period. Bahrain's estimated share of gas consumption in 2010 will have been 3.37%, while its share of production is put at 2.83%. By 2015, its share of gas consumption is forecast to be 3.66%, with the country accounting for 2.73% of supply.

Bahrain's real GDP rose by an estimated 1.3% in 2010, with average annual growth of 4.7% forecast in 2010-2015. Consumption of oil is set to rise with the moderate growth of the economy, reaching a maximum of 49,000b/d by 2015. The state accounts for all domestic oil and gas production, as well as the refining and distribution segment. International oil company (IOC) involvement is somewhat limited. Thanks to modest resource po helicop ter technology tential and few large-scale IOC upstream ventures, crude and liquids output is now averaging about 58,000b/d, with potential to reach 90,000b/d by 2015. Gas output is set to increase from an estimated 13.2bcm in 2010 to 16.7bcm by 2015, with imports of 1.0bcm required by the end of the forecast period.

Between 2010 and 2020, we are forecasting an increase in Bahrain oil production of 81.8%, with crude volumes doubling to 100,000b/d before the end of the 10-year forecast period. Oil consumption between 2010 and 2020 is set to increase by 38.1%, with growth at an assumed 3% per annum towards the end of the period and the country using 58,000b/d by 2020. Gas production is expected to climb towards 18bcm by 2019/20. With 2010-2020 demand growth of 79.1%, this provides an import requirement of around 5.9bcm by 2020. Details of BMI's 10-year forecasts can be found in the appendix to this report.

Bahrain now shares sixth place with Oman in BMI's composite Business Environment (BE) ratings table, which combines upstream and downstream scores. The country this quarter retains fifth place in BMI's updated upstream Business Environment ratings, and is five points above Iran. It has held this position in spit Kenmore Bisque 15 inchi e of its very modest oil and gas reserves, but thanks to an improving production growth outlook. There are low reserves-to-production ratios (RPR) and modest non-state involvement in the upstream segment. The country's risk environment is very sound, but this may prove insufficient to help Bahrain move further up the league table. Bahrain now shares sixth place with Qatar in BMI's updated downstream Business Environment rating garbage compactor review s, with few high scores and no further progress up the rankings likely. It scores 46 points, above Kuwait, thanks to modest refining capacity, oil and gas demand, po trash bins pulation and the privatisation trend. The growth prospects for oil/gas consumption and refining capacity are reasonable, offsetting the pedestrian increase in GDP per capita.

GSP Lulled to Sleep By Sleeping Bag Dispute

PRLog (Press Release) – Apr 19, 2011 – GSP Lulled to Sleep By Sleeping Bag Dispute – Potential Loss of $577 Million Savings and American Jobs

(New Orleans, Louisiana) – April 19, 2011 – The delay in GSP reinstatement is already hurting American businesses, small and large.  Con-Tech International, sheet steel importer based in New Orleans, Louisiana, reports awaiting refunds of more than $65,000 from Q1 2011 from Brazilian product tariffs that were previously duty-free under the GSP.  They have had to resume paying Duty on the lapsed GSP since January 1, 2011.

Sheet steel importers, and many other categories of businesses, depend upon the U.S. Generalized System of Preference (GSP) to promote $20 billion per year in business. Qualified imports into the U.S. under this program, initiated in the 1970's, have resulted in economic growth in developing countries by granting those eligible products duty-free treatment until their exporters are able to compete on world markets.  As it has happe helicop ter technology ned before, the GSP was again disrupted December 31, 2010, this time caused by a stalemate that ensued between Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL) and Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) when the program went before Congress for another renewal.

According to a January 2011 Politico report (http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0111/48154.html), Senator Sessions acted on behalf of Exxel Outdoors.  "New competition from bags made in Bangladesh, which are imported tariff free under the GSP program, has cut into Exxel's profits, and Sessions wanted to remove most sleeping bags from the program…McConnell is a supporter of the GSP program and hoped to see it renewed without exemptions."

This congressional stalemate over sleeping bags could affect 82000 jobs. The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative explains the critical effect on American jobs and companies, "The longer the GSP program is not operational the greater the impact will be on the competitiveness of the thousands of American businesses that rely on the duty-exemption these programs provide."  GSP-eligible goods support more than 82, Kenmore Bisque 15 inchi 000 American jobs according to a 2005 U.S. Chamber of Commerce study.  As savings that totaled nearly $577 million in 2009 are lost, American manufacturers will certainly be forced to make tough economic decisions, which could include the loss of American jobs, higher consumer pricing, or severed relationships with developing countries.

A U.S. sheet steel importer's President, Robbie Evans of Con-Tech International (http://www.con-techinternational.com/products/sheet_stee ...), remains proactive in what continues to be a challenging situation.  As a sheet steel importer, the company continues their alliance with Brazil in the hope of government reimbursement should the program renew.  Con-Tech International is a member of the Coalition for GSP, firms and their workers who use GSP, alongside companies like Target Corporation and Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.  The most recent Coalition for GSP letter to Congress (http://www.tradepartnership.com/pdf_files/CoalitionforGS ...) is available for viewing  online.

Research Report on Chinese Heat Exchanger Industry 2011-2012

PRLog (Press Release) – Apr 17, 2011 – www.cri-report.com - Heat exchanger refers to the device transferring heat from hot fluid to cold fluid so as to meet specific technique requirement, which is an industrial application of convective heat transfer and heat transmission. Several approaches can be used for classification of heat exchangers, including the classification by action principles, purposes, materials, etc. As heat transfer equipment, heat exchangers are widely used in industries, especially for those fields with huge energy consumption, and contain increasingly more varieties with the rapid development of energy-saving technology.     In 2010, Chinese heat exchanger industry realized the market scale of CNY 50 billion, mainly concentrating in the petroleum, petrochemical, metallurgy, power, shipping, district heating, refrigeration and air conditioning, machinery, food and pharmaceutical industries, among which the petroleum and petrochemical industries, the two largest markets of Chinese heat exchanger industry enjoyed the market scale of over CNY 14 billion, and the heat exchanger market for the shipping industry had the scale of over CNY 4 billion.

Chinese heat exchanger industry mainly concentrates in Northeast China, Northwest China, North China and East China, among which Northeast China serves as the Chinese lar rc helicopter market place gest heat exchanger industrial base. In particular, Siping of Jilin shows obvious strength in the plate heat exchanger market for the district heating, steel and power indus garbage compactor review tries.

Currently, world's major famous heat exchanger enterprises have all basically finished the layout in China, and set up production bases in China, some of which have even established several production bases in East China and North China.

With the acceleration of Chinese industrialization and urbanization and the economic growth in developing countries, demand for heat exchangers in the export market will be on the increase. As for the demand of domestic market, Chinese national economy will maintain high-speed development stimulated by a large number of fixed assets investm manual trash compactor ent plans issued by the Chinese government from 2009. Steady growth is still remained in the petrochemical, energy power and environmental protection industries, and large ethylene project and large power source construction will give a huge impetus to the increase in demand for the heat exchanger industry.

Seen from product structure, since the petrochemical, food, medical and seawater desalination industry place special requirements for the materials of heat exchangers, and heat exchangers made of special materials enjoy huge profit margins, these heat exchangers will win more market shares in the future, and the high prices of the products will further expand the market scale.

Research Report on Chinese Hydropower Industry 2011-2012

PRLog (Press Release) – Apr 16, 2011 – www.cri-report.com - By the end of 2010, Chinese installed capacity of hydropower had reached 213 million kilowatts, scale of newly-added approved hydropower stations had been 13.22 million kilowatts, and those stations under construction had owned the scale of 77 million kilowatts.

Chinese hydropower industry has a simple industry chain, i.e., the hydropower equipment manufacturing, the hydropower project building industry and acquisition of hydropower resource development right in the upstream, construction and operation of hydropower stations in the midstream, and the power grid industry in the downstream.

In China, hydropower is a renewable energy with mature technology, superior market competitiveness, which can be developed on a large scale. To develop hydropower is an important measure taken by the Chinese government to realize the goals of energy conservation, emission reduction and non-fossil energy development.

At present, many problems exist in hydropower development such as environmental protection, mainly because enterprises fail to deal with the relationship between hydropow trash bins er development and local resid helicop ter technology ents' interests as well as ecological protection. Currently, as for Chinese hydropower policies and construction management, there also exist problems of attaching importance to project construction while putting aside environmental treatment, and emphasizing economic interests while ignoring social benefits. However, as long as reasonable hydropower development is achieved, hydropower is still the promising renewable energy.

The Chinese government plans to reduce carbon dioxide emissions per unit GDP by 40%-45% over 2005 in 2020, and upgrade the proportion of non-fossil energy in primary energy consumption to about 15%. In recent years, proportion of non-fossil energy and clean energy in Chinese energy structure is on the rise. Meanwhile, installed capacity of thermal power is on the decrease, and proportion of newly-added installed capacity of thermal power in the total of the whole year dropped from 81% in 2005 to 64% in 2010. As China encounters more pressure and responsibility of reducing carbon dioxide emissions, the role and effect of hydropower on carbon dioxide emission reduction and low carbon economy development will become increasingly apparent. To realize the goals of energy conservation and emission reduction in 2020, on that occasion, Chinese installed capacity of hydropower should reach 380 million kilowatts including 330 million kilowatts for conventional hydropower stations and 50 million kilowatts for pumped storage hydropower stations. From 2010 H2 t Kenmore Bisque 15 inchi o 2011 Q1, 10 large hydropower stations were approved in China with installed capacity of about 50 million kilowatts and total investment of over CNY 200 billion. Since the period for hydropower station construction is 5-10 years, it is predicted that Chinese hydropower industry will present a peak of investment before 2020, in which related industries will gain profits.

The nuclear accident of Japanese Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant in March 2011 made all countries pay more attention to the safety of nuclear power plants. The Chinese government also declared that the approval of nuclear power projects would be suspended before the nuclear safety planning is approved, which will transfer the investment from Chinese nuclear power industry to other energies. Hence, Chinese hydropower industry sees a promising prospect.

Research Report on Chinese Auto Beauty Industry 2011-2012

PRLog (Press Release) – Apr 15, 2011 – www.cri-report.com - At the beginning of the 1930s, the auto beauty an rc helicopter market place pert-insight-and-news/business-planning-tutorials/business-planning-sa les-forecast">helicopter technology d maintenance industry started in developed countries, and the automobile aftermarket began to take shape. After the Second World War, global economic development gives an impetus to the rapid trash bins growth of the automobile industry, and promotes the development of the auto beauty and maintenance industry at the same time.

Chinese auto beauty and maintenance industry rose in the 1990s. At the beginning of the 1990s, as automobile CD players and automobile alarms were introduced into China, Chinese auto beauty industry entered the first development stage; since wrapping leather seats and pasting tearing foil came into being in 1995, the second round of auto beauty fever in China appeared. With increasing Chinese automobile reserves especially for increasing private automobile reserves, Chinese customers begin to be familiar with the auto beauty and maintenance industry.

By the end of 2010, Chinese civil automobile reserves had been 40.29 million, increasing by 28.40%, among which 34.43 million were private automobiles with a 32.20% increase. In 2010, Chinese auto beauty market scale reached nearly CNY 100 billion.

The most significant characteristics of Chinese auto beauty market are small corporate scale, poor constant operating capacity and non-prominent brand advantages. Domestic auto beauty enterprises operate blindly to some extent, and investors own insufficient experience in goods channel, manipulative skill, daily management and business development. Few auto beauty enterprises, whether chain enterprises or independent ones, own a large scale and establish brands. World-famous auto beauty brands such as Cinep and 3M have entered Chinese auto beauty market in recent years, and begun to establish chain business network. By contrast, Chinese domestic auto beauty enterprises are generally in small scales with poor competitiveness.

Survey conducted by China Research and Intelligence shows that Chinese private automobile owners are generally willing to spend CNY 3,000 or even more on auto beauty when purchasing an automobile, and will annually pay over CNY 2,000 for auto beauty in the following years. As Chinese automobile sales volume and reserves are rapidly increasing, Chinese auto beauty market sees a promising future.

Dr. Wilsun Xu Wins APEGGA Research Excellence Award for Anti-Islanding Protection Technology

PRLog (Press Release) – Apr 15, 2011 – Enertia Engineering Ltd., a leading electrical equipment company, is pleased to announce that Dr. Wilsun Xu, after 8 years of dedicated research, development, and commercialization of anti-islanding protection, was the recipient of The Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta's (APEGGA) Research Excellence Summit Award®, for his dedicated pursuit of Distributed Generation protection technology.

An annual event, the APEGGA Summit Awards® are presented to a select group of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists who are leaders in industry and academia.  This year, the Research Excellence Summit Award® is given to Dr. Xu at the Summit Awards® Gala during the APEGGA Summit 2011 Annual General Meeting and Conference. Enertia Engineering Ltd. has exclusively licensed the patent from Dr. Wilsun Xu via the University of Alberta and TEC Edmonton, which is the basis of the EnerPulsar Anti-Islanding protection system, now commercially available in North America.

Dr. Xu has worked tirelessly with Enertia Engineering Ltd. to help commercialize the EnerPulsar technology. EnerPulsar is a low-cost, easy-to-implement Distributed Generation (DG) Anti-Islanding protection s garbage compactor review ystem. This new technology uses a centrally located Signal Generator to provide a unique signal over the high voltage interconnecting utility lines.  Fail-safe Signal Detectors installed at each nearby Distributed Generator monitor the line to detect the signal.  Absence of the signal ensures the DG is isolated quickly until such time as elect Kenmore Bisque 15 inchi rical system emergency is dealt with and the signal can be restored.

The primary goal of anti-islanding protection technology is simple – safety. When a transmission line is broken, or a fault occurs somewhere in an electrical system, the local utility needs to isolate the emergency location, and ensure no power flows to it. This is straightforward for the utility-controlled generators, but can be very difficult for the utility when there are small 3rd party generators connected to t helicop ter technology he grid. Examples of these small generators are wind turbines, solar arrays, biogas, and biomass generators.

"Enertia Engineering Ltd. is proud of Dr. Wilsun Xu, and extremely grateful to him for his dedicated efforts towards anti-islanding protection. Without a doubt, Dr. Xu deserves the APEGGA Research Excellence Award," says Darcy Braun, Director of Enertia Engineering Ltd.

EnerPulsar is patented islanding detection technology developed by the University of Alberta and commercialized by Enertia Engineering Ltd. It uses an industry-standard TWACS concept of imposin rc helicopter market place g a signal in the power system to enable the failsafe control of all nearby DG units. Concept and feasibility tests were done at ATCO and Manitoba Hydro. Full commercial testing is ongoing with Hydro One. Additional install locations are being implemented over the next few months.

New White Paper: “The Insider’s Guide to Applying Miniature Solenoid Valves,” from ASCO Valve

PRLog (Press Release) – Apr 11, 2011 – A new white paper, "The Insider's Guide to Applying Miniature Solenoid Valves," consolidates the expert views of designers and manufacturers to provide a step-by-step resource for applying miniature solenoid valves for myriad uses across multiple industries.

The paper is available to download from http://www.ascovalvenet.com/AscoValvenet/Applications/Li ...

"Equipment designers frequently must incorporate miniature solenoid valves into their pneumatic designs. These valves are important components of medical devices and instrumentation as well as environmental, analytical, and similar product applications," said white paper author Mike Elsigian, marketing manager, ASCO Valve, Inc.

In the white paper, Elsigian defines which requirements are critical for common applications. He details how the selection of miniature solenoid valves for the design of a given device usually involves finely balancing tradeoffs among competing pressures for reliability, service life, light weight, higher flow, opti manual trash compactor mized power use, standards compliance, and more.

Elsigian also highlights the introduction of newer valve technologies that can lessen or eliminate difficult compromises — while increasing performance. "New miniature solenoid valve technologies represent the fusion of several innovative approaches to meet the widest possible range of demands from knowledgeable designers across multiple industries," he said.
